Murph Tip of the Week: Form over speed. Although Murph is a “for time” style workout, a great tip is prioritizing form over speed in movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats. Focus on the proper form of each movement, even if it may take a little longer, rather than rushing through reps with poor technique.  Movement tips: Pull-ups: Whether doing butterfly or strict, you need good control throughout the movement to avoid an injury. Push-ups: maintain a straight line with your body, and be sure to lower yourself to the ground and lock out your elbows at the top of the movement.  Air squats: Keep your chest up, ESPECIALLY if you’re wearing a vest, drive your hips back, and allow your hip crease to be below your knees. Run: Avoid overstriding or lurching and try to keep a steady pace.  Remember, smooth is fast, and to prioritize form over speed.  If you’re in search for the best versatile grips for your next Murph, check out the link in our bio! 📷 @noahdamazo2 #victorygrips #roadtovictory
