Working on a project for a soon to be announced location here in the HV. Used to love the process of picking out China and flatware for restaurants. This challenge came up for a completely compostable disposable retail food program. Now time to put our concepts together with @verterradinnerware. There’s also a value perception that comes with serving food on or packaging it in VerTerra. It feels more intentional than standard disposable ware, so the customer sees the food as a little more elevated right out of the gate. The natural look helps reinforce quality without taking attention away from the food. For us, it’s a simple way to make the whole presentation feel more thoughtful.
