A TOAST Festive Gathering Last week, we gathered for a festive event with members of the TOAST community and TOAST CEO, Suzie de Rohan Willner. Together, we participated in a workshop with Lola Lely, co-founder of Wax Atelier. Lola guided us through repurposing remnant TOAST textiles, coated with a blend of natural waxes, into decorative botanical designs. In the evening, we enjoyed a meal at modern European restaurant, Perilla. Located in Newington Green, north London, the eatery is renowned for its inventive use of seasonal British ingredients. The menu featured parsley and lovage soup with horseradish crème fraiche, beef short rib bourguignon with wild mushroom, and cauliflower ‘carbonara’ tart with truffle sauce.
