AMAGAA still wrapping my head around this… Thigh Society is #4 on Canada’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies 🇨🇦 Out of 44 companies. This feels surreal 🤯 What you don’t see behind the numbers is what leadership actually looks like for me: leading a fully remote contractor team through a computer screen, making tough decisions (some right, some not), having difficult conversations (especially with people I care about), worrying I’m not doing enough, and yes… beating myself up for not reading more books on how to lead 🙈 I’m kinda figuring it out as I go. Which is why this recognition feels so special. And I’m not doing this alone - my style has always been collaborative. More brains 🧠 at the table usually leads to better decisions.
