This time of the year for me almost feels like childbirth. That’s probably a bad analogy but you forget how hard it is until you’re in it so you just keep reminding yourself that you’ll make it through, to breathe and just take it one step at a time. These are some really really long days right now with shipping out hundreds of orders everyday, plants that are screaming to be planted, keeping all the seedlings watered and it also never fails that the weather is always really sunny right in the middle of it all so the tulips start blowing all at once. So I thought I’d give ya’ll an update at where we’re at. We’re halfway through our orders and have about 2000 orders left to be processed. My inbox is a little backed up with order status requests so please know you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. My priority right now is getting all the orders shipped and I promise we are working as hard and as fast as we can to get all your orders out to you. For those of you that are asking about sweet peas, I still have 11,000 left to plant but we’ve used up all the established beds so we need to get more supports in place before we can keep going. 😜 Last night before I went in the house & crashed I took some treats out to the cows and treated myself to a handful of these beautiful Pink Star tulips. It’s one of my all time favorite varieties and even though the dahlia orders are the priority right now she’s still blooming her heart out like she’s the star of the show.
