Speed is so important in golf, especially if you are trying to be competitive.   With a stock driver swing speed between 89mph and 91mph (LPGA average is 96mph) professional golfer Anna Hedlund had been experiencing firsthand how hard it is to compete if you're behind the field in speed. With a goal of gaining as much swing speed as possible this offseason, Anna visited Dr. Tyler Standifird in his lab at UVU for a full swing analysis to create a speed training plan tailored to her game. Over the two-day visit working through several different SuperSpeed ground reaction force protocols, Anna saw a 6mph increase in club head speed, 9.8 mph increase in ball speed, and 22.4 in total yards. “Visiting Tyler in Utah was the best golf experience I have ever had. I wish I would have done this 10 years ago." - Anna Update: Anna’s continued work on swing speed has consistently up to 100+ mph with driver now Hit the link in our bio ☝️ to read the full write-up on Anna's visit to Dr. Standifird's lab and her training program
