In the SuperSpeed App, we track your speeds with our speed sticks relative to how fast you are swinging your driver (while hitting a ball). This provides some great indications of what areas we may need to look at for additional training to optimize your speed training. For example If you are swinging our green speed stick significantly faster than your driver speed (which is what we want) but you are swinging our red speed stick at the same speed as your driver, that could be an indication of a grip strength deficiency or just an overall physical strength deficiency. That would be a great sign to dive into grip strength training with the Squeeze or the strength programs Jason Glass built in the SuperSpeed App. How fast should you be swinging each speed stick? The benchmarks we like to see players around for each speed stick are 🟢 15% faster than your driver šŸ”µ 10% faster than your driver šŸ”“ 5% faster than your driver So if your driver speed is 100mph, we would expect your green club stick to be 115mph, blue stick to be 110mph, and red stick to be 105mph.
