Ground reaction forces = how you push into the ground during the golf swing After several years of studying how golfers use the ground in their swing, we developed the Force Board Pro for 3 reasons: 1) A lot of amateur golfers do not generate ground force efficiently from the right points at the right times during the golf swing. Among other things, this is causing lots of golfers to lose speed and power.  2) A lot of amateur golfers do not have enough stability & balance to translate the ground forces they are generating efficiently into club head speed. 3) The golfers that fall into reasons 1 & 2 do not have the ability to put together a training plan to address these two things on their own The Force Board Pro allows golfers to train balance, stability, proprioception and other key capabilities to create powerful, repeatable golf swings all on one adaptive training platform. We built 8 different protocols in the SuperSpeed App to guide users through improving balance and stability and optimizing ground reaction forces.
