If you notice clots, simply wipe them away from the absorbent gusset and flush the paper, easy, clean, and still totally leak-proof. Let’s talk about something no one really explains: period blood clots. They can look worrying, but in most cases… they’re completely normal 👇 🩸 What are they? Clots are your body’s way of shedding the uterine lining efficiently. When your flow is heavy, blood can pool slightly in the uterus and form small clumps before leaving your body. ⚖️ Why they happen: • Heavier flow days • Hormonal changes • Longer time between pad/tampon/underwear changes • After childbirth or certain hormonal shifts ✅ When it’s normal: Small, jelly-like clots that appear occasionally, totally fine. 🚨 When to check in with your GP: • Clots larger than 2.5cm • Happening very often • Accompanied by extreme pain, dizziness, or fatigue • Or if your flow suddenly changes drastically 🩷 Everyone’s period looks different, colour, texture, flow, everything.
