Great for muscle engagement and activation. Also hip mobility. Remember your muscles keep you standing and your joints allow you to move. So ensure you are strengthening both. 2. Glutes and hip flexors are like favorite cousins. They are inseparable. Training and strengthening them will result in more enjoyment doing basic movements without pain. 3. Deep squats. This is an everyday movement; we just don’t notice how much we do it. Being able to hold your deep squats is a sign of healthy hips and it helps release so much stress and tension.
