We’ve teamed up to create two special collaboration schmears: a savory negi shio koji cream cheese and a sweet kinako miso butter. In addition to our two collaboration shmears, we’ll be offering a side of hot smoked salmon salad marinated in shio koji and hot smoked in a donabe over cherry blossom wood with toasted sesame from our farm.
