Bookings are now open through June 30th and open for the Inn through July 31st! In June, the rows are full and the trellises built, after months of preparation and consistent, tireless work from our farm team. Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and eggplants continue to climb upward, while we support their progress with twine or a simple twist of eager new growth. Nature guides us throughout the year, and in return, we pause to notice how we can guide its growth. We cultivate and weed, water and wait, as summer slowly envelops the farm. Through weekly field walks between our farmers and chefs, the menu carefully reflects how this year’s iteration of the farm is unfolding, as the culinary team creates new dishes to highlight the approaching summer season.
