Sorry folks. I think I’m going to start swinging back. For some reason, the answer to ignorance is supposed to be tolerance. I tried it. It doesn’t taste good. So, I’m not doing it anymore. From here on, I’m just me. I’m not trying to offend anyone. I just don’t care to keep up with all the new social sensitivities that emerge monthly. Fact. Our ancestors got fiber daily, in many instances, they got more than we do. Fact. You need fiber to thrive. Fact. There are different “grades” of fiber. If you had a bad experience with fiber, you likely used a fast fermentable fiber. This doesn’t mean all fiber is bad. It means you took the wrong kind. Try the right kind. Start slow. Ease into it. Build up. There you go!
