Downward Dog to Plank x 8 2. Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive Overhead Press x 8 3. Bow and Arrow Isolated Rows x 8 (4 each side) 4. Reverse Flys x 8 then hold for 4 seconds 5. Plie with Bicep Curl x 16 (8 slow, 8 fast, 8 pulse then hold for 8) 6. Scissors x 8 each side double pulse, 8 each side single pulse 7. Bicycles - 16 (8 each side) repeat and increase pace, then hold for 8 8.
