If you’re looking to invite some beautiful, functional and healthy products into your home, you can use code HALEE10 for a discount on orders over $149 🫶 [Recipes] Muesli bars: 1/2 cup of rolled oats 1/2 cup of goji berries 1/4 a cup of sunflower seeds 1/3 cup of quinoa puffs 2 tbs of poppy seeds 1/3 cup honey 1/3 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Heat honey and coconut oil in a saucepan, add vanilla and bring to boil for a couple of mins. Mix dry ingredients. Pour heated liquid over dry ingredients, mix and press into container or baking dish. Refrigerate for a few hours and drizzle with white chocolate if you please! Muffins: (Recipe adapted from ‘What Great Grandma Ate’ blog) 1 ripe banana 1 zucchini 1 cup spinach 1 egg 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 1/4 cup plain flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup cacao 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Blend banana, zucchini, spinach, egg, butter, milk and vanilla until liquid. Mix dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and fold in. Add choc chips. Bake for around 20mins at 175C. Happy picnic-ing 🌸🫶✨
