Postpartum meal prep saved me. @seedandsproutco Portioned freezer trays and glass storage containers that go straight from the fridge or freezer into the oven or microwave made life so much easier. And it’s not just a postpartum thing- I still use these exact pieces to meal prep through the everyday chaos of life with two kids. Good storage is good storage, no matter what stage of life you’re in. This could be the missing piece in your attempts to eat better consistently. @seedandsproutco have offered my followers 10% off all orders over $149. Use the code- ALANA10 #ad
