बिना मैदा चॉकलेट केक | तुम्ही याला काय नाव द्याल? चॉकलेट आप्पे की मिनी केक Chocolate RavaCake Recipe साहित्य | Ingredients • ताजे दही १/२ कप | Fresh Curd ½ cup         • तेल १/४ कप | Oil ¼ cupkm • साखर १/२ कप + १ टेबलस्पून | Sugar ½ cup + 1 tbsp • बारीक रवा १ कप | Semolina 1 cup • मैदा १/४ कप | Maida ¼ cup • कोको पावडर २ टेबलस्पून | Cocoa pw 2 tbsp • बेकिंग पावडर १/२ टीस्पून | Baking pw ½ tsp • बेकिंग सोडा १/४ टीस्पून | Baking soda ¼ tsp • दूध १/२ कप | milk ½ cup How to make mini chocolate cake recipe in marathi -  • Take curd and oil in a bowl and whisk well for 2-3 minutes. • Add sugar to the mixture and mix well while whisking. • Now, add fine semolina and mix properly. • Place a sieve over the bowl and sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda into the mixture. • Mix everything thoroughly to form a uniform batter. • Gradually add milk as needed and mix well to achieve the desired consistency. • Heat an appe (paniyaram) pan, grease it with oil, and pour 1 tablespoon of the batter into each mold. • Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. • Insert a toothpick to check if it's done.
