The Cinch Tie 🫶🏼 A few more tips below! 1. Once your little one has grown enough to where their knees reach the edge of the panel on their own, they do not need the cinch tie anymore. Each baby is different but typically somewhere around 5-6 months. 2. When your baby is sitting ON top of the cinch tie it essentially shifts the front panel of the carrier down making it too short and too low on their back. You want it high enough to cover and support their entire back and shoulders. 3. Don’t be afraid to reach into the carrier to adjust baby. Once we have the carrier on we like to reach in and make sure baby’s pelvis is gently tilted up and their knees are higher than there bottom, basically settling them into a comfy seat.
