As I celebrate 14 years of @rwfine, I am filled with gratitude reflecting back on this company I started in college at Texas A&M🥹❤️ Sharing 14 of the most impactful things I have learned: 1. Keep God as the foundation of everything you do. Invite God into your life and ask Him to direct your steps. Jesus promises that peace, victory, and freedom will come in the midst of problems, pain, and loss (Psalm 23) 2. Pray, discern and move boldly when He calls you 3. Write down all your prayers and record when God answers them so that when you're doing something that requires a lot of faith, you can look back at how faithful & present God has been. My mom used to always say "God didn't take you this far to leave you now." I repeat that to myself daily. 4. Let integrity be your cornerstone. Honor your word & treat those around you with honesty, love and respect 5. Delegate what you're not called to do. Understand your weaknesses but instead of trying to use precious limited energy to improve them, use it on only your strengths and outsource what doesn't come natural. 6. Whatever you do, do it as if working for the Lord, not for man (Col 3:23) 7. Honor God with your finances. Give back to His kingdom with a cheerful heart and trust that He will provide. 8. Trust God with the outcomes. Show up, work hard, and be faithful. Growth and success are ultimately in God’s hands. 9. Never compromise for profit. Adhere to your convictions no matter what. 10. Be excellent with the little details. They matter. 11. View every trial as a testimony in the making and find the lesson in every trial. God does not waste pain. 12. Surround yourself with people of high character who share your values and speak truth in love. 13. Steward what you've been given. Be faithful with the little, and God will entrust you with more (Luke 16:10) 14. Attribute all success to God. Ask God daily for His blessings and favor. 14 years in and I'm more certain than ever of the goodness of God. I pray this encourages someone else walking a path of purpose and faith. Keep going!
