100 miles across the Lake District with my dog. Animals have an incredible way of reminding us to be present and soak up every second. A few things that Tang constantly reminds me of 🐾 @ruffwear_europe 
1. Trust the path
He doesn’t question where we’re going
just walks beside me, fully in it.
Sometimes you don’t need all the answers. 2. Rest is part of the journey
He stops when he’s tired. No guilt.
No pushing through for the sake of it.
Listen to your body. 3. Joy is everywhere
A stick. A stream. A patch of grass.
He finds magic in the smallest things
and reminds me to do the same. 4. Slow is the point
He never rushes.
No finish line. No pressure.
Just steady steps and full presence. 
5. It’s better together
The miles feel lighter.
The hard days feel softer.
Everything is better shared.
