The more we study the intricacy of the human body, the complexity of creation, the benefits of forgiveness, the importance of rest, healthy boundaries for relationships, the power of gratitude, and the effects of living healthy, the more we realize science actually backs up the Bible. And the truth is, science is often catching up to wise advice already given to us thousands of years ago. Every rule spoken, wasn’t given to steal our fun — it was to help us live abundant, fulfilling lives. The Bible tells us how to live a healthy, abundant life, & science explains why it works. They aren’t enemies. They support each other & both lead us into a wise way to live. 🤎 Drop a 🙌🏼 in the comments if you agree!
