Born and raised to be a coach. I’ve just done it differently than most. God has blessed me with the ability to connect with others through fitness. I always tell the kids the gym is my church! I’ve gotten the opportunity to build a sports performance program, and it has been extremely rewarding. These kids work so hard, and it’s crazy how big and fast they are! I work with all schools but I will always bleed black and gold. The buffs are on the rise! Expect big time results, big time scholarships, and professional athletes out of this group. We’re just getting started! Let’s work!
