Would you wear an eye gloss for your everyday makeup? ✨ My answer is yes. Glossy eyes have been a staple in editorial makeup for decades, but this look has seemed unattainable off set. To look glossy, a formula has to actually be glossy. That, however, will always mean that the formula will crease.  Even with our most unusual shades and formulas, we create makeup meant to be used in everyday life—not just on set. When we first formulated Celestial Sphere Gelée Eye Gloss, we wanted to achieve an editorial look that could exist in the real world. Knowing that creasing was inevitable, we chose to embrace it; we developed a formula that is stunning when you first apply it, that wears much longer than a standard eye gloss, and that evolves a lived-in, utterly beautiful effect through the day.  This is an unusual formula, and there are some simple tricks to get the most out of it.  ✴️ Apply in thin layers, rather than in one heavy layer, to achieve the best wear with the most shimmer. Even if you want to achieve a dramatic application, it’s better to build it up, allowing the shimmer pigments to smooth onto your skin and catch the light.   ✴️ If you prefer, you can quickly and easily tap out creases with your fingertips during the day to refresh your look—it only takes a moment.  ✴️ To extend wear, dust a translucent powder on top to set it further. Just know, there is always a tradeoff with the sheen and sparkle. Here, I am applying one of our most everyday-wearable shades in this remarkable formula: Apis.
