To make our perfect lip oil, we started from skincare 🥀 Beginning our experiments with flower-infused raw materials from our Thorn Potions line, we ultimately created something entirely new—and truly remarkable. First, we looked to the sensory experience. It had to have the perfect sheen without being the slightest bit sticky. It had to feel plush when applied, but lightweight on the lips. And we wanted it to have a natural, subtle, sophisticated taste and scent—and ultimately fell in love with just a hint of fresh ginger root.  In our development process, we discovered a remarkable tripeptide active ingredient—one proven to plump the lips. But unlike most of what we’d experienced before, that plumping wasn’t from tingling, burning or irritation; instead, it was the result of deep, intense, lasting moisture.  And finally, the colors. Reaching just the right pigmentation level was a process of trial and error.
