Could better sleep be connected to NAD+? 💤 A 12-week randomized human trial involving adults ages 45–75 with chronic insomnia symptoms found that daily NMN supplementation was associated with improvements in several measures of sleep quality. Participants taking 300 mg of NMN daily reported falling asleep faster, better overall sleep, and improved daytime functioning. Wearable sleep data also showed increases in deep and REM sleep, along with fewer nighttime awakenings. Sleep, recovery, and healthy aging are all closely connected and research into NMN continues to explore how supporting NAD+ levels may play a role.
