We welcomed a new member to the family recently: a @recteq_official Flagship 1100!! We always meal prep our protein in bulk because it helps us stay consistent with our protein goals. Greg is king of the grill, and will prep a 10lb bag of chicken weekly. We also buy our beef in bulk from @kandccattleutah and it is GOOD (you choose your cuts and how much of it you want in ground beef, etc). This new addition to the family is making it that much more delicious!
