For the past 5 years, I’ve been getting bendy with you every Wednesday. What started as a lockdown distraction turned into a ritual—a cheeky midweek stretch party where we got deeper into our splits, together. I had no idea this virtual class would last this long, or that it would become such a beautiful part of my life. You’ve kept me accountable, flexible, and feeling myself—even on the days I didn’t want to show up. Thank you for that. This summer, I’m opening a pole studio with my amazing business partner, @daisylepage (!!), which means my schedule is about to get a whole lot spicier.
