TAKE MOM OUT! We’re now booking Mother’s Day Truffle Making Classes at our factory. You and Mom will make own batch of truffles, doing everything tempering chocolate, hand-rolling, and enrobing, coating, and topping! The line up includes some of our favorite recipes to date: Tiramisu: Grand-marnier infused ganache coated with our mocha powder. Banana Cream Pie: Banana ganache topped with candied Tanzania nibs. Rice Pudding: Classic ganache coated with our blend of rice, cinnamon, and sugar. Mud Pie: Classic ganache coated with our special recipe of GF and vegan chocolate shortbread. Classes ar on Sunday, 5/11 at 11am and 2pm. Book now!
