We’re entering a new chapter with our cotton yarn, Whimbrel. After many wonderful years with Texas-grown organic cotton, we’re now sourcing 100% organic Tanguis (pronounced tan-geese) cotton from Peru. Why the change? Ongoing U.S. supply challenges meant we needed a partner who could meet our high standards for sustainability, softness, and stitch-worthy quality—and we found it. Tanguis cotton is organically grown, hand-harvested, GMO-free, and incredibly soft, strong, and breathable. It’s grown and spun by trusted partners who prioritize people, planet, and process every step of the way. We’re excited to share this new organic cotton yarn with you! Thanks for being part of this journey
