For our last week of #MindfulMay, I’m sharing one part of my wellness practice that’s non-negotiable: sleep. It’s not just rest, it’s when our bodies do their most important work. Sleep clears brain fog, supports skin repair, balances hormones, and resets mood and energy for the next day. I’ve learned that good sleep doesn’t just happen, it’s something you create with consistency and intention. Here’s what my wind-down ritual usually looks like: - In bed by 9pm. Early evenings are my favorite. - Take my @bioptimizers magnesium - Facial massage + red light therapy to support lymphatic drainage and cue my nervous system to wind down - Put my phone away (after snapping content for the team, of course 😉) - End with a gratitude mantra or a passage I’ve bookmarked It’s not about being perfect, just present. If you’re building your own sleep ritual, I’d love to hear what works for you in the comments.
