Okay y’all, I have to introduce you to @pso_rite (if you don’t already know about them, that is). These self massage tools are GAME CHANGERS for people who move and use their body (which hello, is everyone!!) As someone who is perpetually dealing with pain and injury, having these tools in my arsenal has really helped me mitigate some of my issues.
