COOKIES & CREAM PROTEIN BALLS 🍪 These are the perfect healthy sweet treat to prep for the week! With 10g of protein each, these will keep you fueled and satisfy your sweet tooth! Makes 12 protein balls: ~150 calories, 10g protein, 16g carb, 5g fat (including topping) Ingredients: - 2 cups rolled oats (if you have oat flour use 1 3/4 cup) - 3 servings @promix Cookies & Cream protein powder - 1/4 cup almond butter - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 cup milk of choice Topping (optional) - 1 tbsp white chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil, melted - 1 crushed chocolate sandwich cookie How to: - Add the oats to a blender and blend into a fine flour. - Add the oat flour, protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl. - Mix until combined (it will look dry). - Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition, until a thick cookie dough forms. It can be easiest to mix with your hands. - Roll the dough into 12 evenly sized balls. - Optional topping: Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave. Place chocolate sandwich cookie in a ziplock bag and crush using a rolling pin or measuring cup. Drizzle the white chocolate over each protein ball and top with crushed cookie. - Store in an airtight container in the fridge! #promix #proteinballs #highprotein
