This is not a dramatization. * I was trying to figure out a glide kip on this low bar. On the higher bar - it’s not too hard. There’s a ton of room for your kip. On this short bar - your core compression has to be LIT. * After about 7000 attempts Pdog goes: it’s nice to watch you suck at something for once.
