Today we celebrate our first employee to reach the 10-year mark! 🎉 Not only has @eliabramovitz been with me from the beginning, but he’s also been my best friend since we met at the University of Oregon in 2011. Eli has helped shape our culture from day one and leads our teams with humor, kindness, and drive. To mark this milestone, I wanted to make him something special. I called up our friends at @settlemiers.jackets — a Portland institution for decades — to create a 1-of-1 varsity jacket celebrating his journey. On the left arm, Puddles, for our days at UO. On the right, a view of the Union Station bridge, the same one we saw from our first apartment when we began building this company and a foam finger marking Eli as employee number 1.
