These taquitos come together fast and can bake while you’re getting ready in the morning. Or, make a batch ahead of time—freeze for up to 3 months and just reheat when you need them! What you’ll need for 4-6 taquitos: 1 cup cooked ground taco seasoned beef 2 Tablespoons cream cheese ¼ cup shredded cheese Flour tortillas or fresh corn tortillas Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and cheese. 3. Place 2-3 tablespoons of beef and 1 tablespoon of cheese on one side of the tortilla, about 1-inch from the edge. Tightly roll up tortillas and place seam down on a prepared baking sheet. 4.
