Who doesn’t like Chicken Gyros 🤷🏻 I know I absolutely love them and when @fireflybbq informed me they were to release an authentic Greek Gyros bbq rub my mouth instantly filled with water in anticipation of such delight 🤤 So if this is your thing… “Get Your Greek On” and get in on the action 🔥 Recipe- 1 kg Chicken things 3tbsp Greek Gyros bbq rub (@fireflybbq ) 2tbsp Greek natural yoghurt 4 cloves garlic (minced) Juice of 1 Lemon 1tbsp olive oil Tomato/onion/Parsley Flatbreads Chips Chilli aioli (@fireflybbq ) The @pitbarreluk was again an absolute work horse and loading just one of there kebab skewers with the marinated chicken thighs topped with half an onion and hung in the barrel was an absolutely perfect way to cook the Gyros 😎 another win for @pitbarrel 👌 Chicken cooked to temp of 75c and confirmed with the ever faithful @thermapen 👌 @thecavemanstyle rock chopper made for effortless slicing 😎 Not one to miss!
