Buffalo Wings. Warning: this wings may cause spontaneous cravings, finger-licking, and total sauce obsession! It’s #ukbbqweek and today on the calendar it’s Wing Wednesday so to celebrate such a day I decided Buffalo wings with a homemade ranch dip would fit the bill quite nicely 🔥 Seasoned the flats with @fireflybbq lone star SPG perfect for this actually 👌 Got the @pitbarreluk rolling with some pecan wood chips and started the cook 🔥 For the Buffalo sauce ⬇️ - @fireflybbq Nashville hot sauce - 1/4 stick of butter u/s - 1 tbsp honey Made a Ranch dip ⬇️ - 250ml sour cream - 1/2 Lemon juice - salt/pepper - 2tsp garlic granules - chives and parsley - 100ml butter milk Done all my chopping with @thecavemanstyle rock chopper 😎 Wings cooked to temp with my @thermapen well in this case and generally with wings I like to take them into the 90c as they just eat better, but 75 stay alive with chicken 👌 Absolutely delicious!
