Poached Pear Matcha Latte 🍐 For the poached pear syrup: 1. 1 pear peeled and diced 2. 100ml of water 3. 1tbsp sugar In a saucepan, add the pear, the sugar, and water. Simmer for 25 minutes until the pears soften and the mixture thickens into a syrup. Strain the pear syrup, reserving the liquid. For the matcha latte: 1. 2g of PerfectTed Matcha powder, whisked with 40ml of water 2. 50ml of the poached pear syrup 3. 200ml oat milk 4. Fresh pear Whisk the matcha with the 40ml of water. Add the pear syrup to the bottom of the glass, drop in your ice, and pour over your oat milk. Top with your matcha shot. Finish with pear slices and enjoy! 💚
