Garlic Chive Spread Recipe 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced 2 cloves garlic, grated 2 Tbsp chives, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until evenly distributed. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and lemon juice if needed. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
