The hot topic of the day is microdosing GLP-1s so I thought I would remind us that we make our very own GLP-1s naturally! By eating the right foods, and taking the right supplements, you can actually manufacture your own microdose without the needles. 
The body is designed to make GLP-1 to signal saiety - the feeling of being full - to the brain. Our SAD - Standard American Diet - unfortunately hijacks this pathway and stimulates less natural GLP-1 production, so we keep eating and eating. From eating more protein to leveraging chlorgenic acids in green tea, we can boost our body’s natural GLP-1 to experience more saiety on an ongoing basis.
