A special afternoon far in the Andes with the Accha Alta weaving community. Nested on a steep mountain slope close to the ruins of Ankasmarka, this community of approximately 40 Quechua weavers are practicing pre-Colombian textile techniques and masters at what they do. We shared projects and talked about how we could collaborate to revive hand spinning yarn which is quickly disappearing amongst the highlands @centrotextilescusco
