HOW TO: Make the salsa out of mango, tomatoes, apples (or read onion if you prefer) & coriander. Take a tortilla and place the ground beef on it. Fry it in the frying pan. Add cheese, the salsa, ruccola and some sour cream (or a lot!!!) and it’s ready to serve 🌮
