I don’t have a good inspiring caption for this video, but I wanted to share it anyway because training has always been soothing for my soul, and even though I didn’t feel my best that day, the workout turned out great. I was sore for days after! Not every workout feels amazing, but sometimes, the ones that start off the hardest end up being the most healing. I didn’t feel like enough that day, but I showed up anyway… and maybe that’s the point 🫶🏼 thank you for checking in on me - LOVE YOU for being here!
