I’m sharing this with a full heart and deep gratitude ❤️ not to invite comparison. I feel incredibly grateful for how my body has responded postpartum. I truly believe years of consistent training before pregnancy and staying active in a safe way during pregnancy, played a huge role here. every body, every birth and every recovery is different. and I can only share mine. there’s no ‘right’ timeline. this isn’t about bouncing back, it’s about honoring what our bodies go through and trusting the process. our bodies are doing miraculous things and every version of healing deserves respect ❤️
