Ending my leg day with walking lunges was a teeerrible idea hahah!! it was a long time again, but I definitely underestimated them! my strength is slowly coming back, but wow… the endurance is absolutely humbling me 😮‍💨😅 FULL WORKOUT: 1. abductors 3 x 8-10,10-12,12-15 reps 2. kas hip thrust 3 x 8-10,8-10,12-15 reps 3. rumanian deadlift 3 x 8-10,8-10,12-15 reps 4. bulgarian split squats 3 x 8-10,8-10,12-15 reps each 5. body weight walking lunges 1 x max reps not taking my sets to fail yet as I’m still not at the stage postpartum. listening to my body first and taking it slow.
