Been keeping a little secret 😭 The last 6 months we’ve been working behind the scenes to give @ownuapp a rebranding. New look, new energy, same mission. The app + website just got a makeover (!!) and to celebrate we created the Get Stronger Challenge - 4 weeks, 4 workouts/week, a mix of upper + lower body. Perfect way to reset routines and step into fall feeling stronger & more confident.
