Chunky Monkey Nice Cream 🍌🙈🍫 •4 bananas, frozen •1-2 tbsp coconut cream •¼ cup chocolate chips •¼ cup NuTrail Cacao granola In a food processor or blending, add the bananas and coconut milk. Blend at high speed until a thick, creamy consistency is created. Fold in the chocolate chips and cacao granola. Freeze for 30 minutes, then scoop to serve. Store in the freezer, but this is best eaten the day it’s made.
