Being a mom is basically about sticky hugs, loud mornings, unfinished coffees, random dance parties, negotiating with tiny dictators and never getting to use the bathroom alone again. It’s also about watching movies together, learning what is ‘brain rot’, laughing till our tummies hurt on the silliest things and making memories together. It’s exhausting. It’s chaotic. It’s noisy. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Because somewhere between the madness, they’ve made life softer, sillier and so much more fun.
