Here’s a delicious alternative to the typical pumpkin spice latte! This cozy banana bread latte uses real bananas for potassium and vitamin B6. INGREDIENTS 🍌¼ ripe banana 🍌1 soft Medjool date, pitted 🍌¾ cup milk of choice 🍌1 shot espresso 🍌½ tsp vanilla extract 🍌½ tsp ground cinnamon 🍌Small pinch of salt 🍌Ice, if serving iced Optional cinnamon cold foam: 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp milk ⅛ tsp vanilla extract Pinch of cinnamon RECIPE For the iced latte: 1. Add the banana, date, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the banana-date milk mixture. Slowly pour the espresso over the top to create a visible coffee layer. 2. Add the foam ingredients to a small glass or bowl and froth until thick and creamy.
