Sweet and sticky with fiber and fats to fuel the rest of your day!   🎥: @popes_pantry   Recipe below ⬇️   INGREDIENTS 1 cup medjool dates  1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup almond butter  1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped or broken up by hand 1 cup crispy rice cereal 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted    RECIPE 1. Soften the dates in warm water for 5 minutes.  2. Add to food processor along with honey, vanilla, salt, and almond butter. Blend until smooth.  3. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl, add pumpkin seeds and walnuts, mix with your hands until combined, then add puffed rice, mix until combined.  4. Transfer to an 8x8 dish, pat down with your hands so it fills the dish.  5. Sprinkle with sea salt, drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with more flakey salt.  6.
